How to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moments Is Your Miracle
Take a moment and inquire about that very important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the energy of our mind. Your brain simply can only just see what it believes, which is why we have to release false beliefs. Ultimately, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear. Here is the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how we see things, and we are able to start to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in the mind oahu is the ego actively attacking your peace of mind acim. This leads to plenty of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's crucial that you have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you're in a position to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really enter into the strength of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's very little that may threaten you. Then your fear inevitably needs to leave.
