How exactly to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracles
Take a moment and inquire about that extremely important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that individuals perceive through the five senses is made on unconscious fear. How can this be? By the ability of our mind. Your head simply can only just see what it believes, which is why we need to release false beliefs. In the long run, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to take a moment to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we are able to start to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become Possibilities When there's fear in your head oahu is the ego actively attacking your peace of mind acim. This leads to lots of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's important to have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” If you are able to see your fears and what's behind them, you can really enter into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's almost nothing that could threaten you. Then a fear inevitably must leave.
